Dr. Daniel G. Fuller is an Assistant Professor and serves as Chief of the Cornea Contact Lens Service of The Eye Center at Southern College of Optometry.
His interests are in the area of ocular disease, specialty contact lens care with an emphasis on rehabilitative care for patients that have had radial keratotomy, LASIK, penetrating keratoplasty (corneal transplants), keratoconus and other corneal diseases. He also is able to assist those that have high prescriptions including astigmatism, multifocal needs, corneal refractive therapy to reduce nearsightedness and gas permeable contact lens fitting.
He has published in national and international journals, conducted numerous FDA clinical contact lens trials, performed studies and lectured nationally on ocular diseases and contact lens.
As a father of three daughters, he has been committed to a variety of children’s needs serving on the Collierville Literacy Council, honored with a Lifetime Membership in the Collierville Elementary PTA for his work in their reading program, supported the Child Advocacy Center, worked in the nursery and been the Educational Work Area Chair of his church.
