Catherine Hogan, O.D.
Adult Primary Care, Advanced Care Ocular Disease
Dr. Hogan attended Davidson College in Charlotte, NC where she earned her degree in studio art with a pre-medical concentration. She also played for Davidson’s varsity DI tennis team. Dr. Hogan then received her O.D. degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2017, and completed her primary care residency in 2018 at the Memphis VA Hospital. Prior to her SCO faculty appointment she practiced at a referral center, focusing on post-operative care and minor procedures.
Dr. Hogan currently serves SCO as an assistant professor supervising student clinicians in the Ocular Disease and Primary Care departments. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Her professional areas of interest include ocular disease with a focus on minor medical procedures.
