Marie Bodack, O.D.

Pediatric Primary Care

Dr. Marie I. Bodack earned her B.S. Degree (Psychology) in 1994 from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from The State University of New York State College of Optometry in New York, New York in 1998. She completed a residency in Pediatrics and Binocular Vision at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1999.

She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) and a Diplomate in its Binocular Vision, Perception and Pediatric Optometry Section. She is also a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD) and the European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO).

Dr. Bodack was on staff at the State University of New York State College of Optometry in the Pediatrics, Adult Primary Care and Vision Therapy Departments from 1999-2006. At that time, she also worked in a private practice. Starting in 2006, she was on staff at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Department of Ophthalmology, and had a faculty appointment through the University of Cincinnati, Department of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Bodack has lectured nationally and internationally on a variety of pediatric topics.

She currently serves as the Chief of the Pediatric Primary Care Department.
